The weaving department consists of Sulzer looms with production capacity of 0.5 million meters per month and 6 million meters of greige fabric per year. Weaving

National Fabcon (Pvt) Ltd. is serving it's valued customers world over for the last 25 years by supplying top quality woven fabrics. Our ...Production facility includes Sulzer weaving machines of 110" , 130" and 153", with a strong quality control department producing different varieties of quality fabrics like twills and reversible twills (2/1,3/1), satins (4/1) and plain (1/1) weaves. We have got specialisation in greige cloth, pocket inner linings, 100% cotton fabrics, dyed, bleached and printed fabrics in a variety of different weaves and widths for luxury bedding for home and hotel industry.
Our weaving production capacity is approx 500,000 meters per month. We have full arrangements for printing & processing according to the latest needs. We are the main exporters of the high quality fabric in major countries of Europe, North and South America, Australia, New Zealand and Gulf region.

Finishing / Processing

We outsource our processing from units of high-quality standards with all the modern and sophisticated machinery with an elite of seasoned professionals.
We provide quality fabric which is processed on Zimmers, Storks and Regianni's rotary printers in both narrow and wider width with a maximum number of colours!

Stitching

National Fabcon (Pvt) Ltd. stitching unit is equipped with sophisticated high-tech sewing machines that can stitch fabrics and styles as per ... client’s requirement. Customers' orders are thoroughly scrutinized to ensure compliance with customer specifications before they reach their destination.
